KO Prime is what happens when famed chef Ken Oringer does a sleek and innovative take on the steak house in downtown Boston. This place runs the gamut of fine dining, offering everything from fois gras burgers, to filet mignon, to bone marrow. You can also pony up at the bar for drink specialties like “the Boston Tea Party,” which is served in a chilled tea cup and made with Clement, Martinique Rhum, Creole Schrubb, chai tea, and lime juice. With Oringer involved, people can’t resist this pagoda of porterhouse.
