In 2003, former-mosque director Yousef Abou-Allaban signed a 10-year contract with Antonia Pollack, then-commissioner of Boston's Parks & Recreation Department, outlining the ISB's responsibilities to keep Jeep Jones Park clean. For the first five years of the 10-year agreement, none of this has been done.
