How do Boston’s on-campus dining options measure up?

College students have a reputation for a lot of things, but a sophisticated, discriminating palate is certainly not one of them. You wouldn't know it by looking at their options for on-campus dining this fall, though. On many area campuses, greasy fast food, unrecognizable buffet items, and a reliance on ramen have given way to freshly prepared dishes from around the world, made with healthy ingredients. We surveyed a sampling of Boston schools to find out what you'll have on your plate this fall. Dig in!
