It’s only recently opened, but T.W. Food (377 Walden Street, Cambridge) is already jumping into the culinary-event fray. On Wednesday nights, the restaurant — helmed in the kitchen by chef/owner Tim Wiechmann, who’s trained at several three-star Michelin restaurants — is offering a six-course oyster-and-Champagne dinner.
