Deadlines
ROP Space reservations must be received by 3pm the Friday before the publication date. Ads requiring proofs must be submitted at least 24 hours
prior to the copy deadline. Specific section, positioning, or color requests must be recieved by Noon the Wednesday preceding the ROP deadline.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the Wednesday preceding the ROP deadline.
Sending Ads
Composite PDF format preferred. Also acceptable: Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, FreeHand and PageMaker.
We are a Mac-based company. PC Native files are discouraged
By FTP: Upload to ftp.phx.com/ads
Note: Single files only. Folders containing multiple files must be compressed into .sit archives.
Name the file simply with your company name.
No spaces, no numbers.
