Bright lights, big city

Kudos + Congrats to Cranston native and former Prov Phoenix intern Sarah Rainone, who's doing some great things in Gotham. Take it away, NY Post:

 Rainone, 29, and Hoffman, 38

Oct. 31 - Even though the plot of Sarah Rainone's forthcoming novel, "Love Will Tear Us Apart," focuses on a traditional wedding, this bride's nuptials were anything but the norm. "Weddings aren't really my thing," says the bride, a senior editor at HarperCollins, who semi-eloped with Markus Hoffman, an agent at Regal Literary, in July. So instead of a white wedding, the Brooklyn duo dressed as a rock-star bride and groom for a "Hallowedding" at My Moon in Williamsburg, complete with 50 guests dressed in costume and Halloween cupcakes in lieu of a cake.
