 In this week's issue of the Boston Phoenix, out today, I have an item about Boston police lieutenants who allegedly defrauded the paid-detail system. Commissioner Ed Davis moved to fire them last year, but this past month he quietly agreed to let them serve four-month suspensions, without demotions. Read it here:
