Busy Day On Beacon Hill
Legislation is flying furiously under the dome, as our elected lawmakers race to make our lives better before Friday. The House has passed the "1913 Law" repeal, which now awaits Gov. P's already-promised signature. (Yo Cali -- you'll NEVER be gayer than Mass!) Also, the Senate passed the same-day voter registration bill, no doubt because of the
Phoenix's strong editorial support. That measure still needs House approval. More to come, I'm sure!
