MIKEY WELSH passed away nearly two months ago, but the tributes keep coming in for the fallen New England musician. First we posted a midnight-oil ode from Matty J of Boston rock dudes the Bynars, who open the WFNX Disorientation show with fun. December 12, and now comes this track from Asheville, North Carolina's CHAMPIONS ON SEA.

Written and recorded by Joseph Loughmiller, who played all the instruments and recorded the song in his home studio, "His Heart Was An Aligator" is further carried by the superb slide-show and video montage, designed by Amanda McKittenmitten.
