Phoenix - Information

The Phoenix is distributed throughout Boston, Providence, and Portland, Maine. The Phoenix began in Boston in 1966 as a four-page arts and entertainment guide, one of the fi rst of a national wave of “alternative newsweeklies.” After over 40 years, it is one of the country’s largest alternative weeklies, reaching over 700,000 young, active, and educated readers.
